Lovely Hotel with friendly very helpful staff. When we checked in the lady was the owner and was very friendly, efficient and helpful. We had been upgraded us to a bigger room which was lovely. It had a lovely bathroom with a great shower. The weather was unseasonably cold but the hotel and room were lovely and warm (the heating was actually on). The room was clean and modern but comfortable. We arrived on a motorbike and were provided with secure parking in our own garage (with a remote for the garage door) at the rear of the car park (which had a barrier). Breakfast (included) was good with a selection of the usual meats, cheese, breads/cakes, yoghurt, cereals etc. They catered well for me being a coeliac (and so needed to be gluten free). Staff were very friendly. The evening meal in the restaurant was lovely, they have a very good chef and the whole experience was aimed towards fine dining. Again the waitress was very friendly and smiled constantly. Wine was good. We both had a massage, the lady was very nice and asked for feedback early on to tailor the pressure to our needs. The massage rooms were clean and smart. My partner enjoyed the sauna. The hotel was easy to find and convenient for our Pyrenees tour. We'd definitely stay there again if we were in the area.

Room was very comfortable with a generous and well equipped bathroom, e.g. 2 wash-hand basins. Dinner was excellent from a set menu and very good service. Breakfast was adequate and tasty. I didn’t available of the swimming pool unfortunately as I didn’t have swim gear or towels with as I was travelling by motorcycle, but it looked large and inviting.

The location, garage parking for our motorbikes, the staff was so helpful and friendly. The room was big, comfy and had air conditioning. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choice of what to eat. The use of the spa and swimming pool was included in the room rate and these facilities were exceptional.

Very welcoming , kind and smily staff in the reception,restaurant and room cleaning , doing everything possible to make your vacation as perfect as possible. Very nice and super clean room. Great pool and jacuzzis. We travel a lot but rarely stayed in such a perfect hotel.
